What can I do if I have laptop problems?
Is a strange sound coming from the laptop, is the battery no longer charging properly, or is your experience being hindered in any other way? The simplest solution is to notify us by email ( service@swaptop.nl ). We will analyze the problem, resolve it remotely if possible, or exchange the laptop.
How can I cancel my subscription?
The easiest way is to notify us by email ( service@swaptop.nl ). We will then send you a return form to return the laptop. The subscription stops as soon as the laptop is back in our possession.
Is Swaptop for me?
Our Swaptop laptops are suitable for most laptop users! You can quickly switch between programs, enjoy video, music and socials, efficiently browse the internet or shop online, and that paper or presentation that has to be finished tomorrow is done in no time!
The Swaptop service ensures that you can continue to perform your work without worries. Do you regularly have questions or problems with a laptop, and don't feel like the hassle? Swaptop!
You can choose between Windows laptops and Apple laptops, we have a suitable model for everyone. Are you a graphic designer or video editor and do you use programs from the Adobe suite? Then you can best grab our Macbooks!
How can I pay?
Our payments are currently only made by direct debit. To order, you pay the first 2-month installment and any registration fees via iDeal, after which the monthly amount will be automatically debited each month.
When will the monthly amount be debited?
The amount of your Swaptop subscription will be debited every month on the date you registered.
What happens to my data during a repair?
We can explain to you how to handle your files most safely so that you do not lose them. Swaptop is not responsible for the preservation of your data when repairs are carried out.
How does the repair service work?
In case of problems we will first help you remotely. If hardware problems occur we will exchange the laptop for you free of charge.
We only swap a laptop when the old one is in. This is to prevent fraud. Because we send a new one straight away – instead of repairing the old one first – the time you are without a laptop is minimal and we can usually swap the laptop for you within 3 working days. This way you can get back to work quickly!
