At Swaptop you lease a fast laptop for a fixed amount per month including customer service. All our business laptops are at least equipped with a powerful Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB working memory and fast SSD equipped with Windows 10 Pro.
Customer service / helpdesk
If desired, we can even take over the entire customer service / helpdesk, we have contact with employees ourselves and can log in remotely. If it doesn't work remotely, we will exchange the laptop for another within 48 hours.
Asset management
Since the pandemic, we have all started working from home, which has resulted in many company laptops being taken home by employees. A good asset management solution is essential to have an overview of how many workstations there are and who they are with. We keep track of when laptops need maintenance and can even perform software updates remotely so that the workstations are always secure.
Data security / GDPR
All our laptops are equipped with a TPM chip for disk encryption, in addition, all laptops are professionally wiped when, for example, laptops change users. In addition, we can also regularly provide the laptops remotely with software updates, the latest antivirus and rights management for employees (what is and is not allowed on a laptop). We can offer a suitable solution for every company.

Circularity is important to us, and a laptop should be repairable quickly. All our laptops are built to be repairable quickly and easily, and we always have sufficient parts in stock.
Safe solution
All our laptops are equipped with a TPM chip, in addition, all laptops are professionally erased after termination of the lease agreement or when they change users (including certificates thereof) so that the data is really 100% gone if necessary.
